What to do if you receive a postcard in the mail from the Assessor's Office

Attention Homeowner:
Thank you for scanning the QR code on the postcard you received in the mail. You received this postcard because the Assessor's Office does not have a record of how many units are in your apartment building.
We ask that you complete the online form below to provide the number of units in your building and correct any other characteristics about your property that need to be updated. By doing so, it helps our office determine a more accurate valuation. The better data we have, the more accurate the assessment of your home and other homes like it.

Gracias por escanear el código QR de la postal que recibió por correo. Recibió esta postal porque la Oficina del Asesor no tiene constancia de la cantidad de unidades que hay en su edificio de departamentos.
Le pedimos que complete el siguiente formulario en línea a fin de indicar el número de unidades de su edificio y corregir cualquier otra característica sobre su propiedad que deba actualizarse. Al hacerlo, ayuda a nuestra oficina a determinar una tasación más precisa.
